Droid Deploy · Client Onboarding
This one form gives us everything we need to set up your practice's AI assistants and register your texting number with the phone carriers. Fill it in once and we handle the rest.
You do step one. We take it from there and keep you posted at each stage.
Practice details, your patient list and a few links.
Carrier (A2P 10DLC) registration so your texts get delivered, not filtered.
Your assistants are set up with your hours, providers and services, then tested end to end.
We walk you through what your team will see and how to reach us.
Gathering these first makes the form a quick copy-and-paste job.
Your EIN confirmation letter from the IRS. No letter handy? You can type your EIN, legal business name and business structure instead.
Why: carriers reject texting registrations unless these match your IRS records exactly, down to punctuation.
An export from your practice software with one row per patient:
Why: the last visit date lets us reach the right patients at the right time, not everyone at once.
Why: your assistants send patients to your booking page and your store.
Why: so the assistants recognize your doctors by name and everything looks like your practice.
Fields marked * are required. Business details must match your IRS records exactly.
US phone carriers require every business that texts customers to register its number (called A2P 10DLC). They check your legal name, EIN and business structure against IRS records, and any mismatch gets the registration rejected. Uploading your CP-575 letter is the fastest way to get it right the first time.
Yes. Droid Deploy is HIPAA-compliant: your patient list and every conversation your assistants have are handled under HIPAA safeguards, and your data is used only to run your practice's account.
Any .CSV export from your practice software works. One row per patient with first name, last name, mobile phone, email and last visit date. Extra columns are fine; we'll map what we need.
Not at all. Leave it blank and your assistants will point patients to your phone number instead.
Yes. Hours, providers, links and other details can all be updated after launch. Just let us know.
Most of the setup happens on our side right after you submit. Carrier registration is reviewed by the carriers themselves and can take some time; we'll keep you updated and let you know the moment you're live.
